Psalm 76
The 76th psalm (according to Greek counting the 75th) is a psalm of Asaf and belongs to the series of songs of Zion .

The God of Israel is praised in his abode on Mount Zion. He destroys the enemy and judges them.
structure
The psalm could be structured as follows:
- Verse 2f: YHWH has chosen Mount Zion as his dwelling
- Verse 4: The theme: The breaking of weapons of war
- Verses 5-7: YHWH beats the terrible army that is attacking Jerusalem
- Verses 8-10: The fearfulness of God's wrath
- Verses 11-13: Thanks to the saved
Dating
