Sogliano Cavour (in the local dialect: Sughiànu ) is a south-eastern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 3984 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Lecce in Apulia . The municipality is located about 23.5 kilometers south-southeast of Lecce in southern Salento . Sogliano Cavour belongs to the Graecia Salentina , where Griko is still spoken. In this dialect the community is also called Sughiàna .
