Giurdignano is a south-east Italian municipality ( comune ).
geography
The community has 1948 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019). It is located in the province of Lecce in Apulia , about 34.5 kilometers south-southeast of the city of Lecce in Salento . To the sea, the transition from the Adriatic Sea to the Ionian Sea near Otranto , it is about 6.5 kilometers in an easterly direction.
The place is in the "Giardino megalitico d'Italia" (Italian megalithic garden ), where the Stabile Dolmen is located.
