Martignano (Greek: Martignana ) is an Italian commune with 1630 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Lecce in the Apulia region . It is located in the south of the Salento peninsula and belongs to the Greek language island Grecìa Salentina .

The neighboring municipalities are Calimera , Caprarica di Lecce , Martano , Sternatia and Zollino .
