Campi Salentina (official name Comune di Campi Salentina ) is a southern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 10,159 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Lecce in the Apulia region . The patron saint of the place is St. Orontius of Lecce .

The municipality covers an area of 45.88 km² . The place is at an altitude of 33 meters above sea level. The neighboring communities are Cellino San Marco (BR), Guagnano , Novoli , Salice Salentino , Squinzano , Trepuzzi and Veglie . The municipality borders on the province of Brindisi .
