Étreillers is a French commune with 1,208 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Aisne department in the region of Hauts-de-France ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Quentin and the canton of Saint-Quentin-1 (until 2015: canton of Vermand ).

Étreillers is about eight kilometers west-southwest of Saint-Quentin . Étreillers is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Attilly in the north, Savy in the east, Roupy in the southeast, Fluquières in the south and Vaux-en-Vermandois in the west and southwest.
The A29 autoroute runs through the municipality .
