Étreillers is about eight kilometers west-southwest of Saint-Quentin . Étreillers is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Attilly in the north, Savy in the east, Roupy in the southeast, Fluquières in the south and Vaux-en-Vermandois in the west and southwest.
