Mézières-sur-Oise is located about ten kilometers southeast of Saint-Quentin on the Oise . Mézières-sur-Oise is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sissy in the north, Châtillon-sur-Oise in the east and north-east, Séry-lès-Mézières in the south and east, Berthenicourt in the south and south-west and Itancourt in the west and north-west.
