Moÿ-de-l'Aisne is located about eleven kilometers south-southeast of Saint-Quentin on the Oise . Moÿ-de-l'Aisne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Alaincourt in the north and north-east, Brissy-Hamégicourt in the east, Brissay-Choigny in the south-east, Vendeuil in the south, Benay in the west and Cerizy in the west and north-west.
