Holnon is about five kilometers west-northwest of Saint-Quentin . Holnon is surrounded by the neighboring communities Maissemy in the north, Gricourt in the northeast, Francilly-Selency in the east, Savy in the south, Attilly in the west and Vermand in the northwest.
