Itancourt is about six kilometers southeast of Saint-Quentin on a plateau between the Oise and Somme rivers . Itancourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities Neuville-Saint-Amand in the north, Sissy in the east and northeast, Mézières-sur-Oise in the east and southeast, Berthenicourt in the south and southeast and Urvillers in the west and southwest.
