Remaucourt is a northern commune with 299 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Aisne in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Picardy ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Quentin , the canton of Saint-Quentin-2 (until 2015 Saint-Quentin-Nord ) and the municipality of Saint-Quentinois .

Remaucourt is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Morcourt in the southwest, Lesdins and the municipality of Sequehart in the canton of Bohain-en-Vermandois in the northwest, the municipality of Fontaine-Uterte in the northeast, Essigny-le-Petit in the east , which also belongs to the canton Bohain-en-Vermandois and that in the District of Saint-Quentin-3 located Homblières in the south.
