European Hockey Championship

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The European continental title fights in field and indoor hockey are called European Hockey Championships . European field hockey championships have been held for men since 1970 and for women since 1984. They have been held every two years since 2003, between the Summer Olympics and the World Championships . Indoor hockey European championships have been held for women and men since 1974.

Below the European Championships there is a EuroHockey Nations Trophy and a EuroHockey Nations Challenge for weaker national teams.
