The 1994 IBSF U21 World Snooker Championship was the eighth edition of the Junior World Snooker Championship . It took place in the Grand Marina Hotel in the Finnish capital Helsinki and was organized by the International Billiards & Snooker Federation .

The Australian Quinten Hann became world champion with an 11:10 win in the final against the Englishman David Gray . Hann was the first U21 world champion in snooker from outside Europe.
