The IBSF U21 World Snooker Championship 2011 was the 23rd edition of the Junior World Snooker Championship hosted by the International Billiards & Snooker Federation . It took place from July 12 to 23, 2012 at the Sheraton Hotel in Montreal, Canada .

In a purely Thai final, Thanawat Thirapongpaiboon beat Noppon Saengkham 9: 3. In addition to the world championship title, he also got a tour card for the main tour seasons 2012/13 and 2013/14 . Noppon Saengkham had already reached the final in 2009 and won the U21 title.

The Junior World Championships had 51 participants. They were divided into 6 groups with eight or nine players, in which the placements were played out in a round-robin process (everyone against everyone). The first 5 of each group went on to the main tournament, with the two top seeded players receiving a bye for the first round. The U21 world champion was then determined in elimination mode.
