The 2015 IBSF U21 World Snooker Championship was the 27th edition of the Junior World Snooker Championship hosted by the International Billiards & Snooker Federation . It took place from July 17th to 26th, 2015 in the Claro Hotel in the Romanian capital Bucharest .

World champion was the Thai Boonyarit Keattikun , who defeated the Welshman Jamie Rhys Clarke 8: 7 in the final and qualified for the Main Tour seasons 2016/17 and 2017/18 .

The 104 participating players were divided into 16 groups of six or seven players each, in which they competed against each other in round robin mode . The four best-placed players in each group qualified for the final round, which was played in the knockout system .
