The 1988 IBSF U21 World Snooker Championship was the second edition of the Junior World Snooker Championship . It took place in the Robinson Silom Department Store in the Thai capital Bangkok and was organized by the International Billiards & Snooker Federation .
World champion was the Englishman Brian Morgan with a 6-1 victory in the final against the Maltese Jason Peplow .
