The 2019 IBSF World Snooker Championship was the 44th edition of the World Amateur Snooker Championship . It took place from October 29th to November 9th, 2019 in the Within Starlight Resort Hotel in the Turkish city ​​of Antalya .

The world champion was the Pakistani Muhammad Asif , who defeated the Filipino Jefrey Roda 8: 5 in the final and won the title for the second time after 2012 . The Indian Pankaj Advani scored the highest break of the tournament with 139 points in his game in the round of 64 against the Irish Ross Bulman .

Only five Austrians from German-speaking countries took part, two of whom made it to the final round. Elias Kapitany was eliminated in the round of 64 and Florian Nüßle lost in the round of 32.

The 106 participants were divided into 22 groups in which they competed against each other in round robin mode . 66 players qualified for the final round, which was played in the knockout system from November 6th to 9th, 2019 .
