Karl-Josef Assenmacher

Karl-Josef Assenmacher (born May 30, 1947 ) is a former German football referee .

Assenmacher, who lives in Hürth , led a total of 153 Bundesliga games between 1978 and 1994 and 99 matches in the second division between 1976 and 1994 . From 1983 to 1993 he was on the FIFA list. He headed 12 international A matches and 18 European Cup matches, including the final of the 1993 European Cup Winners' Cup at the end of his international career .

Assenmacher, who plays for the TTC Mersch Pattern, won the World Senior Games in table tennis in 2003 .
