The list of winners in ski jumping at the European Youth Olympic Festival shows all winners as well as the second and third place winners of the ski jumping competitions at the biennial European Youth Olympic Festival ( EYOF for short ). Only since 1999 in the program of the winter events was the sport deleted from the calendar of events in 2005 and 2007 and was resumed in 2009. While the men compete in both individual and team competitions, the women's individual competition was organized four times and, in 2015, a team competition for the first time. In 2015, instead of a women's team competition, a mixed team competition was held for the first time. Most of the competitions took place on normal hills with a construction point of 90 meters.

With Rok Benkovič , Martin Koch and Daniela Iraschko , three later ski jumping world champions are also listed - for the Slovenian there were only two years between his successful participation in the EYOF 2003 and the world championship title in 2005. The Norwegian Anette Sagen is the only athlete who has two different athletes EYOF events won medals.
