Škoda Vision E (2017)

The Škoda Vision E and Vision iV are vehicle design and technology studies in the form of a four-door coupé ("SUV-Coupé") with a sloping rear from Škoda Auto , which was presented in April 2017 at Auto Shanghai . According to the manufacturer, the study is intended to provide an outlook on the portfolio in the electromobility segment and is part of Škoda's electrification strategy. The Vision E study was exhibited again at the International Motor Show in September 2017 with a modified front . The second stage of development was published under the name Vision iV 2019 at the Geneva Motor Show .

Vision E

The designer was Jozef Kabaň , who introduced the Vision E design line with the Škoda Kodiaq . The suicide doors on both sides are special .

Equipped with lithium-ion batteries and an energy recovery system, the Vision E should have a range of around 500 km. It is powered by two electric motors with a total output of 225 kW (306 hp). The maximum speed was specified as a regulated 180 km / h. The Vision E is built on VW's modular electric drive kit (MEB) and should achieve level 3 of autonomous driving .

Vision iV

The Škoda Vision iV is the further development of the vehicle presented in 2019 and the last stage before series production.
