Annar Ryen (born October 19, 1909 , † March 9, 1985 ) was a Norwegian cross-country skier .

Ryen took 36th place over 18 km and 24th place over 50 km at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Sollefteå in 1934 . At the Lahti Ski Games in 1936, he won the 50 km run. He had his greatest success at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Chamonix in 1937 . There he won the gold medal with the relay. He also achieved 12th place over 18 km there. In 1940 he came second at the Holmenkollen Ski Festival over 50 km and received the Holmenkollen Medal together with Oscar Gjøslien . In the same year he was Norwegian champion with the relay from North Østerdal.
