Oskar Fredriksen (born February 9, 1909 - June 19, 1991 ) was a Norwegian cross-country skier .

Fredriksen finished 49th over 18 km at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Sollefteå in 1934 . He had his greatest success at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Chamonix in 1937 . There he won the gold medal with the relay. He also achieved 21st place over 18 km and 12th place over 50 km. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 1938 , he ran to 43rd place over 50 km and 40th place over 18 km.
