Tor Håkon Holte (born August 1, 1958 in Drammen ) is a former Norwegian cross-country skier .

Holte won the gold medal with the Norwegian relay at the Nordic World Ski Championships 1985 in Seefeld in Tirol . Over the 50 kilometers classic he was able to take ninth place and over the 30 kilometers classic he was 13th. A year earlier, at the Winter Olympics in Sarajevo , he was able to occupy eighth place over the 15 kilometers and twelfth place over the 50 kilometers.

In his career, Holte was able to win two World Cup competitions over the 50-kilometer distance. In 1984 he finished fourth in the overall ranking of the Cross-Country World Cup . A year later he finished second behind Gunde Svan in this ranking .
