The B-World Cup in Nordic Combined 2005/06 was a series of competitions in Nordic Combined held by the World Federation FIS . The substructure for the Nordic Combined World Cup 2005/06 was held for the 16th time that season. The season was divided into three periods, which, in addition to the right to start, also had an impact on the overall ranking. According to Article 4.1 of the regulations, only one athlete who was not eligible to compete in the World Cup in the last period could become the overall winner. This regulation also applied to the determination of the Sprint Cup winner, with the exception of athletes who started at least two periods in the B World Cup. The overall B World Cup winner received the big trophy, the sprint winner the small trophy. The athletes in ranks 1 to 6 were also awarded FIS medals. The sum of the three competitors with the best points per competition from one and the same ski association was used for the nation ranking.

There were twelve sprints, three mass starts and six Gundersen singles. Overall winner was Florian Schillinger , who won two competitions. The Swiss Ronny Heer won the Sprint Cup. Germany won the Nations Cup .
