Bazoges-en-Paillers is a French commune in the department of Vendée in the region of Pays de la Loire . It belongs to the arrondissement of La Roche-sur-Yon and is part of the canton of Montaigu (until 2015: canton of Saint-Fulgent ). The 1,832 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) are called Baizogeais .

Bazoges-en-Paillers is located about 48 kilometers south-southeast of Nantes and about 31 kilometers northeast of La Roche-sur-Yon . The Maine limits the parish to the south. Bazoges-en-Paillers is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Les Landes-Genusson in the north, La Gaubretière in the northeast, Beaurepaire in the east, Saint-Fulgent in the south, Chavagnes-en-Paillers in the southwest and La Boissière-de-Montaigu in the west and northwest .
