Geishouse ( dt. Geishausen ) is a French municipality with 441 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Haut-Rhin in the region Grand Est (2015 Alsace ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Thann-Guebwiller , the canton of Cernay and the Vallée de Saint-Amarin municipality .

The municipality covers 7.28 square kilometers and is located at the foot of the Grand Ballon , the highest peak in the Vosges Mountains at 1,424 meters in the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park .
