Häuschen is a residential area in the municipality of Kürten in the Rheinisch-Bergisches Kreis .

The place is north of the federal highway 506 at the Great Dhünntalsperre near Laudenberg .

history

The place is recorded on the topographical survey of the Rhineland from 1824 and on the Prussian first survey of 1840 as a house . At that time the house belonged to the municipality of Olpe. From the Prussian new admission in 1892, it is regularly recorded as a house on measuring table sheets .

In 1822 twelve people lived in the place categorized as a house and called a house . In 1830 the place had 13 inhabitants and was called Häusgen . The place, categorized as a courtyard in 1845 according to the overview of the government district of Cologne , had two houses at that time. At that time, eleven residents lived in the place called the house, all of them of Catholic faith. The municipality and estate district statistics of the Rhine Province list little houses in 1871 with three houses and eleven inhabitants. In the municipality lexicon for the Rhineland province from 1888, a house with five residents is given. In 1895 the place had a house and five residents and belongs to the Catholic parish of Kürten. In 1927 the Olpe mayor's office was transferred to the Olpe office. In the Weimar Republic in 1929 the offices of Kürten were merged with the municipalities of Kürten and Bechen and Olpe with the municipalities of Olpe and Wipperfeld to form the office of Kürten. The Wipperfürth district became part of the Rheinisch-Bergisch district on October 1, 1932, with its seat in Bergisch Gladbach .

In 1975 the current municipality of Kürten was established on the basis of the Cologne Act , to which, in addition to the offices of Kürten, Bechen and Olpe, a sub-area of ​​the city of Bensberg with Dürscheid and the surrounding areas was added.
