Hirten is a municipality in the Mayen-Koblenz district in Rhineland-Palatinate . It belongs to the community of Vordereifel , which has its administrative headquarters in Mayen .
Geographical location
The place is west of Mayen on the B 258 ( Koblenz - Aachen ) in the central eastern Hocheifel about 460 m above sea level, the district of Kreuznick about 480 above sea level.
