Blazon : "With a looped blue tip, inside two entwined silver rings, split, in front the red Kurtrier cross in silver , behind in gold a red diamond."
When selecting the symbols for the coat of arms, the municipal council relied on the historical past of the local community of Boos. The Kurtrier cross indicates the feudal relationship with the Electorate of Trier , while the diamond is borrowed from the coat of arms of the Counts of Virneburg . The intertwined rings give an indication of the historical affiliation to Himmerod Abbey . The coat of arms was approved on January 18, 1988 by the Koblenz district government .
