Hohenfeld is a district in Oberodenthal in the municipality of Odenthal in the Rheinisch-Bergisches Kreis . It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac that branches off from Oberborsbach to the north. Höffe is further north .

history

The village was less than 7.5 km from the parish church of St. Pankratius and thus belonged to the parish of Odenthal.

The place is recorded on the topographical survey of the Rhineland from 1824 and on the Prussian first survey of 1840 as Hohe Feld . From the Prussian new admission in 1892, it is regularly recorded on measuring table sheets as Hohenfeld or without a name.
