Straßerhof is a residential area in Unterodenthal in the municipality of Odenthal in the Rheinisch-Bergisches Kreis .

Location and description

Straßerhof is located in the northwest of the municipality on the border with Burscheid and Leverkusen . Parts of Straßerhof are in Burscheid today.

history

Straßerhof was created in the 19th century. A post office was set up there at the time. The village was part of the Odenthal mayor's office in the Prussian district of Mülheim am Rhein .

The place is recorded on the Prussian first recording from 1840 as Straßer Hof . From the Prussian new admission in 1892 it is regularly recorded on measuring table sheets as Strasser Hof , Straßer Hof or Straßerhof .
