Bustard lay near the Dhünn opposite the Odenthal village to the west.
history
Trappe belonged to the mayor's office in Odenthal in the Prussian district of Mülheim am Rhein . The house Op dr Trappen was used as a brewery and distillery, later also as a restaurant Zur Trappen, community treasury and post office .
The place is recorded on the topographical survey of the Rhineland from 1824 and on the Prussian first survey of 1840 as a bustard . From the Prussian new admission in 1892 it is no longer recorded on maps.
