Pierreville is located about 30 kilometers southwest of Cherbourg near the Atlantic coast on the western side of the Cotentin peninsula . Pierreville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Germain-le-Gaillard in the north, Bricquebec-en-Cotentin in the east, Surtainville in the south and west and Le Rozel in the west and north-west.
