Rimplas with the village church

Rimplas is a mountain village and a municipality in the French Maritime Alps and belongs to the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region , the Alpes-Maritimes department , the Nice arrondissement and the Tourrette-Levens canton . The residents call themselves Rimplassois . The neighboring municipalities are Valdeblore in the east, Marie (point of contact) in the southeast, Ilonse in the southwest and Saint-Sauveur-sur-Tinée in the west.
