Rouvroy is a northern commune with 510 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Aisne in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Picardy ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Quentin , the canton of Saint-Quentin-2 (until 2015 Saint-Quentin-Nord ) and the municipality of Saint-Quentinois .

Rouvroy is surrounded by the city prefecture of Saint-Quentin in the southwest and west, the neighboring municipality of Morcourt in the north and the municipalities of Homblières in the canton of Saint-Quentin-3 in the east and Harly in the south.
