Battle calendar
When the First World War broke out, the association mobilized Königsberg as the main reserve , then was called the Landwehr Division Königsberg and became the 16th Landwehr Division when it was budgeted on October 1, 1915. During the entire war it was used exclusively on the Eastern Front .
