Beaurepaire is a French commune with a population of 2,401 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Vendée in the region of Pays de la Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of La Roche-sur-Yon and the canton of Mortagne-sur-Sèvre (until 2015: canton of Les Herbiers ). The inhabitants are called Beaurepairien (ne) s .
Neighboring communities
Beaurepaire is about 45 kilometers southeast of Nantes . The Maine limits the community to the south . Beaurepaire is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Les Landes-Genusson in the north and north-west, La Gaubretière in the north-east, Les Herbiers in the east and south, Saint-Fulgent in the south-west and Bazoges-en-Paillers in the west.
