Chirassimont is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fourneaux in the north and west, Machézal in the north and east, Saint-Cyr-de-Valorges in the south-east, Sainte-Colombe-sur-Gand in the south and Saint-Just-la-Pendue in the west and south-west.
