La Tuilière is a French village with 289 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Loire department in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016: Rhône-Alpes ); it belongs to the Arrondissement of Roanne and the Canton of Renaison (until 2015: Canton Saint-Just-en-Chevalet ). The inhabitants are called Tuiliérands .

La Tuilière is about 25 kilometers southwest of Roanne in the Forez . La Tuilière is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Laprugne in the north, Arcon in the northeast, Cherier in the east and northeast, Saint-Just-en-Chevalet in the south and east and Saint-Priest-la-Prugne in the west.
