Grézolles is a French municipality with 267 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loire in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). Grézolles belongs to the Arrondissement of Roanne and the canton of Boën-sur-Lignon (until 2015 Saint-Germain-Laval ). The inhabitants are called Grézollois .

Grézolles is 72 kilometers west-northwest of Lyon . Grézolles is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Luré in the north and northwest, Souternon in the east and northeast, Saint-Julien-d'Oddes in the southeast, Saint-Martin-la-Sauveté in the south and Juré in the west and northwest.
