Klapý (German Klapay , older also Klappay , Cleppin ) is a municipality in Okres Litoměřice in the Czech Republic .

The community lies at the foot of the mountain Hazmburk (German Hasenburg ), one of the most striking mountains in the Bohemian Central Uplands , which is crowned by the ruins of the Gothic Hazmburk (Hasenburg) castle .

The Rosovka (German Little Modelbach), a left tributary of the Ohře (German: Eger ), flows through Klapý .

The mudslides of 1898 and 1900 caused great destruction in the village.
