List of German champions in the 4 x 1500 meter relay

The non-Olympic 4 x 1,500 meter relay was there - as a discipline only for men - at the German Athletics Championships again and again with interruptions. It is currently not on the championship program in favor of the 3 × 1000 m relay . It was held from 1927 to 1934, from 1963 to 1938 and from 1970 to 1998. The competition was v. a. after the Second World War, it was not usually held in the main event of the championships , but outsourced together with other disciplines.

For other medium -haul routes there is the 4 × 800 m and 3 × 1000 m relay . No comparable relay championships were held in the GDR .

For women, there is a medium-range - Season the 3-by-800-meter relay .

This championship record can no longer be improved, at least for the foreseeable future, because the 4 x 1500 -Meter relay is no longer on the DM program.
