List of German champions in the 110 meter hurdles

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In the 110-meter hurdles , there are ten hurdles of each 1.067 m. The run-up to the first hurdle is 13.72 m, the distances between the hurdles are 9.14 m, the run-out to the finish line after the last hurdle is 14.02 m. Discipline is reserved for men. For women, the 100-meter hurdles run - until 1968 the 80-meter hurdles run - is offered as a short hurdle course .

The 110 m hurdles have been held at German championships since 1903. Until 1907, the hurdle height in Germany was exactly 1.00 m, slightly lower than in international competitions. In 1914, 1944 and 1945 there were no championships due to the war.
