The Millî Lig 1962/63 was the fifth season of the top Turkish league in men's football . It started on September 8, 1962 and ended on June 26, 1963.

Galatasaray Istanbul became the master . The team made it as the first team to become Turkish champions twice in a row.

This season there was a new league system. 22 teams were divided into two groups. The first six teams in both groups qualified for the final round. The teams from places 7 to 9 took part in the placement round. The two bottom of the table were relegated to the 2nd Futbol Ligi .
