Milon-la-Chapelle is a French commune with a population of 289 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Yvelines in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Rambouillet and the canton of Maurepas (until 2015: canton of Chevreuse ). The inhabitants are called Milonais .
geography
The municipality is located in the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Nature Park , about 29 kilometers west-southwest of Paris and is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Magny-les-Hameaux in the north and east, Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse in the southeast, Chevreuse in the south and Saint-Lambert in the West.
