La Celle-les-Bordes is a French municipality with 834 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Yvelines in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Rambouillet and the canton of Rambouillet (until 2015: canton of Saint-Arnoult-en-Yvelines ). The inhabitants are called Cellibordiens .
geography
La Celle-les-Bordes is about 30 kilometers southwest of Paris and five kilometers south-southeast of Rambouillet . The municipality is part of the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Nature Park . La Celle-les-Bordes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Auffargis in the north and north-west, Cernay-la-Ville in the north, Bullion in the south and east, Clairefontaine-en-Yvelines in the south and west and Vieille-Église-en-Yvelines in the west .
