Paray-Douaville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Boinville-le-Gaillard in the north, Allainville in the east, Sainville in the south and south-east, Aunay-sous-Auneau in the west and south-west and Orsonville in the west and north-west.

The Route nationale 191 runs through the municipality .
