Millemont is a French municipality with 258 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Yvelines in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Rambouillet and the canton of Aubergenville (until 2015: canton of Montfort-l'Amaury ). The inhabitants are called Millemontais .
geography
Millemont is about 36 kilometers west of Paris . Millemont is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Béhoust in the north, Garancières in the east and northeast, La Queue-les-Yvelines in the east and southeast, Grosrouvre in the south and southeast, Gambais in the south and southwest, Bazainville in the west and Orgerus in the west and northwest.
Route nationale 12 runs along the southern edge of the municipality .
