Le Perray-en-Yvelines is a French municipality with 6724 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Yvelines in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Rambouillet and the canton of Rambouillet . The inhabitants are called Perrotins .
geography
The municipality is part of the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Nature Park . Neighboring municipalities of Le Perray-en-Yvelines are Les Essarts-le-Roi in the north, Auffargis in the east, Vieille-Église-en-Yvelines in the southeast, Rambouillet in the south and Les Bréviaires in the west.
Le Perray-en-Yvelines is on the Paris – Brest railway line . The National Route 10 runs through the municipality .
