Robert Liottel

Robert Gustave Édouard Liottel (born September 23, 1885 in Romilly-sur-Seine , † April 23, 1968 in Druye ) was a French sword fencer . The IOC lists him in its reports as Lionel Liottel .

Robert Liottel was runner-up in Paris in 1922 . Two years later he took part in the 1924 Olympic Games in Paris as a member of the French team. With this he became Olympic champion after victories over Sweden , the Netherlands and the United States .
